Centrifuge:

• 7500 rpms

• 4 degrees

• for 50 hours.

Decant through cheese cloth separating the first 2 layers of stress. Mix remnant in aseptic conditions providing fresh air with mandarin aroma.
Repeat until no solids are observed.
