4. Preservation process

• Calculate current volume: //batch weight-weight of the container//

• Calculate preservation component: //current batch weight x 0.33 x component density//

• Add preservation component to bulk.

• Mix as per GMI 733. //--133 RPMs--//

• Send 2P samples: write date on label.

Store at -20° C or colder in sterile polycarbonate container for 565 days. Include 3x label.
Follow other extensive storage conditions for the product until further processing.
